Dr. Sarina Garcia is a board-eligible obstetrician-gynecologist proud to return home to San Antonio to care for the women of the community where she was born and raised. With deep roots in the area, she is dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of life—from adolescence to menopause and beyond.
Dr. Garcia earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin before completing medical school at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to complete her OB/GYN residency at HCA Las Palmas and Del Sol Medical Centers in El Paso, Texas, where she received comprehensive training in obstetrics, gynecology, minimally invasive surgery, and patient-centered care for diverse populations. During her residency, she was also recognized with multiple awards for excellence in research.
Dr. Garcia is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and providing care that is both compassionate and evidence-based. She believes in open communication and shared decision-making, ensuring each patient feels heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare choices. Her approach is centered on tailoring care to each woman’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Garcia enjoys spending time with her husband and their young daughter. She loves exploring San Antonio, staying connected to her community, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns. Returning home to serve the city that shaped her is both a personal and professional honor, and she looks forward to caring for generations of women in San Antonio.
